  • Advertising platforms, such as Meta or Google, when you authorize Genie Ads to connect to your business, ad account, campaign, page, or performance data.

  • Publicly available business, website, social, and advertising information used for brand and competitor research.

2.3 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and log data, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and error logs.
  • Usage data, such as features used, workflows completed, search queries, clicks, and navigation paths.
  • Cookies and similar technologies used for sign-in, security, preferences, analytics, and service operation.

3. How We Use Personal Information

  • Provide and manage the service, including user accounts, workspaces, connected ad accounts, and campaign workflows.
  • Generate advertising creatives, analyze brand and competitor signals, and provide marketing recommendations.
  • Sync, display, and analyze campaign, ad set, ad, page, and ad account performance data that you authorize us to access.
  • Improve reliability, quality, safety, and product performance.
  • Protect against fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and security incidents.
  • Respond to support requests, enforce our terms, comply with legal obligations, and communicate service updates.

4. Advertising Platform Data

Genie Ads connects to advertising platforms only when an authorized user grants access. Platform data may include ad account identifiers, account names, campaign structure, page information, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and other performance insights. We use this data to provide the advertising management, reporting, creative, and optimization features requested by the user.

We do not sell advertising platform data. We do not use platform data for unrelated third-party advertising, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties except as needed to operate, secure, or provide the service, comply with law, or follow the user's instructions.

5. How We Share Personal Information

We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients:

  • Service providers that help us operate hosting, databases, authentication, analytics, storage, email, AI, and creative generation systems.
  • Advertising platforms and integrations that you connect or instruct us to use.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

  • You may disconnect third-party integrations or revoke platform permissions through the relevant platform settings.
  • You may opt out of marketing emails by using an unsubscribe link or contacting us.

  • We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

Genie Ads is intended for business users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We and our service providers may process information in the United States, Korea, and other countries where we or our providers operate. These countries may have privacy laws that differ from those in your location.
